Noah Kahan Multi-Platform Ux System
A collaborative UX/UI project designing a cohesive digital ecosystem for artist Noah Kahan. As team lead, I oversaw the project direction, coordinated workflows across designers, and guided the UX strategy from research through prototyping. I also led interaction design, A/B testing analysis, and cross-page consistency, helping shape immersive, story-driven experiences across email campaigns, landing pages, and responsive website subpages.
Our research showed that Noah Kahan’s audience is primarily 18–35, emotionally driven, and highly engaged through streaming and social platforms. These insights guided our tone, mobile-first layouts, and CTA hierarchy.
We mapped the user journey from emails to landing pages to ensure clarity, reduce friction, and maintain consistent storytelling across touchpoints.
Across all landing pages, users consistently preferred version B due to stronger visual cohesion and clearer navigation. This guided our final hierarchy and color choices.
Leading this project taught me how to manage workflow coordination, maintain visual consistency across 60+ screens, and synthesize A/B testing data at scale. Our testing insights significantly shaped layout hierarchy and CTAs. If iterating further, I would expand interactivity and refine accessibility features across device breakpoints.
